Rules and Responsibilities

    • Entry is by QR code only – 1 guest allowed per visit added cost of $10 Venmo to @ludusbaseball payment must be made before entering building or  automatic charge of $50.00 to your Account. 

    • No outside trainers or lessons allowed in facility. Lessons, trainers and Camps are coming soon!

    • Memberships are non-transferable. Sharing access is strictly prohibited.

    • Peak hours: reserve 1 hour per day, up to 2 per week.

    • Off-peak hours: reserve up to 2 hours per day.

    • If no one is scheduled after your session, you may continue training.

    • Members may open nets for additional fielding work if no one is scheduled in the facility at that time or if other scheduled members participate with you.

    • All nets and equipment must be placed back exactly the way you found them.

    • Helmets are mandatory when using pitching machines.

    • Water only in turf area – no seeds, no food, no outside drinks.

    • No outside cleats or dirty shoes. Turf shoes only.

    • Sessions are 55 minutes with 5 minutes cleanup.

    • Members are responsible for returning balls, equipment, and leaving the facility clean.

    • No horseplay, misuse of equipment, or unsafe conduct.

    • This is a self-service facility with no employees.

    • Members must clean up after themselves and respect other users.

    • 24/7 video surveillance inside and out – violations may result in suspension or termination of membership.

    • Members are financially responsible for any damage caused to the Facility or equipment.

    • Non-compliance with rules may result in fines or permanent loss of membership.

How ludus baseball works

    • Click the “Join Now” button on our website.

    • Enter your information and verify your email.

    • You’ll receive a confirmation email that redirects you to Memberships & Team Rentals.

  • Select from the following options:

    • 30-Day Membership

    • 6-Month Single Membership

    • 6-Month Family Membership

    • Once your membership is active, go to Rentals.

    • Choose Peak Time or Non-Peak Time.

    • This will take you to the calendar where you select your desired time slot.

    • You may only reserve one cage at a time.

    • Reservations may not be booked more than 10 days in advance.

    • Team Rentals (Full Facility Rental) must be arranged directly by emailing info@ludusbaseball.comor texting 989-307-5242.

    • Half an hour before your reserved time, you will receive a one-time QR code via text and/or email for entry.

    • Every member must scan their QR code for entry (door must be shut and scanned if more than one member is entering at the same time).

    • Peak Time is 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays.

    • Members receive 2 credits per week for peak-time reservations.

    • Each peak-time booking = 1 credit.

    • You may use up to 2 peak-time credits per week.

Home plate

    • Non-Peak Hours are all other times outside of 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays, plus all day on weekends.

    • Members may reserve up to 2 hours per day during non-peak times.
