Meet Our Trainers

  • Dillon Reust is a lifelong baseball player and passionate coach whose love for the game has shaped his journey from the diamond to the dugout. A versatile athlete, Dillon played every position during his career, giving him a rare, all-around perspective of the game and a deep understanding of the skills each role demands.

After his high school career (Grand Ledge High School), Dillon continued competing at the collegiate level, both at Jackson College and Cornerstone University; where he sharpened his technique, strengthened his adaptability, and built a reputation as a hardworking, dependable teammate. His ability to excel in any position not only elevated his own play but also gave him the insight needed to guide others.

Today, Dillon serves as the Head Varsity Baseball Coach at Lansing Catholic High School, where he leads with energy, expertise, and a commitment to player development. His coaching philosophy emphasizes fundamentals, mechanics, and strategy—always with the goal of helping young athletes grow both on and off the field.

In addition to his high school coaching role, Dillon partners with Ludus Baseball Facility, where he works with a wider community of athletes. Through this collaboration, he provides personalized training, skill development, and mentorship, helping players of all levels reach their fullest potential.

Whether on the field or in the training facility, Dillon’s mission remains the same: to inspire, develop, and prepare the next generation of baseball players for success.
