Go to the Rentals section on the website.
Choose Peak Time or Non-Peak Time.
Select your time on the calendar.
You may only reserve one cage at a time, and bookings cannot be made more than 10 days in advance.

About 30 minutes before your reservation, you’ll receive a one-time QR code by text and/or email.
Every member must scan their own QR code for entry (the door must be shut and scanned if more than one member is entering at the same time).

2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays.
Members get 2 credits per week for peak-time bookings (1 booking = 1 credit).

Non-peak hours are all times outside of 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM on weekdays, plus all day on weekends.
Members may reserve up to 2 hours per day during non-peak times.
If no one is scheduled after you, you may stay longer.

A maximum of 3 people per rental are allowed in the building unless you are renting the full facility. For safety, only 2 people may be in a cage at the same time for soft toss or when feeding the pitching machine.

Yes. Each member may bring one guest at a cost of $10 per visit, which must be prepaid prior to entering the building. Failure to prepay will result in a $50 charge added to your account.

Payments can be made securely online through our website or directly via our Venmo Business Profile @LudusBaseball.

Helmets are mandatory when using pitching machines.
Water only in turf area – no seeds, food, or outside drinks.
No cleats or dirty shoes (turf shoes only).
Sessions are 55 minutes with 5 minutes cleanup.
All nets and equipment must be returned exactly as you found them.
No horseplay, unsafe conduct, or misuse of equipment.
Our facility was built by traveling baseball parents who know the sacrifices it takes to help players succeed. We designed Ludus Baseball Facility to provide Greater Lansing, Michigan athletes a quiet, affordable place to train, a place where focus comes first, and where players can put in the work needed to reach the next level.
